Job Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise site operations, technical teams, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Optimize construction methods, materials, and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering?
- Experience: 8+ Years of experience ?
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.?
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. ?
- Excellent understanding of engineering principles and practices.?
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).?
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.?
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.?
- Strong understanding of structural analysis.?
